Hi, I’m Gina - a Life Design Coach with big energy and an even bigger heart.
I came to coaching through my own search for direction. I had to build my confidence and resilience while I figured out where I belonged.
Like many women, I’ve had seasons where life felt heavy and uncertain. I know how exhausting it can be to find your way when you have a lot of doubts. Through my own Life Design journey, I worked through my struggles to do what really makes me happy and fulfilled. Now I help others do the same.
I was a stay-at-home mom to two boys. When they got older I returned to work as an International Student Advisor, helping people from all over the globe navigate major life, career, and cultural transitions.
I worked with refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan and Syria. I helped foreign nationals choose new careers when their professional credentials didn’t transfer to the US. I supported DACA and undocumented students as first gen college students.
Now I help professionals, creatives and business owners stop second-guessing themselves and get clarity so they can make meaningful change in their life and careers.
Beyond my private coaching practice, I work with a leading global coaching company, supporting emerging and senior leaders at multinational and Fortune 500 companies in finance, tech, pharma, telecom, aerospace, and healthcare. The breadth of this experience keeps me closely connected to the challenges people are facing in the corporate workplace and in life today.
When I’m not coaching you’ll find me hosting community gatherings, taking long walks, or snuggling with my two fluffy Pomeranians.
